How You'll CREATE: Commercial Strategy & Marketplace Leadership Define and lead the commercial strategy across REPUBLIC Collective and its labels. Build high-impact first-week and lifecycle strategies grounded in forecasting and platform insights. Establish ambitious performance goals and hold teams accountable for delivering them. Anticipate shifts in fan behavior, platform algorithms, and cultural dynamics. Promote a culture of refinement and continuous improvement. Partner Development & Ecosystem Expansion Serve as a senior strategic partner to DSP executives and top retail accounts. Negotiate and secure marquee editorial, marketing, and platform opportunities. Guide ecommerce and D2C strategy, creating compelling fan-focused programs. Identify emerging opportunities in social commerce, gaming, creator platforms and beyond. Position REPUBLIC Collective as a best-in-class partner. Campaign Leadership & Cross-Functional Integration Lead integration across departments, tying artist campaigns and initiatives directly to commercial execution. Oversee physical product and retail strategy including vinyl and collectibles. Ensure global alignment and synchronization of releases. Use real-time analytics to adjust campaign strategies with precision. Champion AI-supported tools to enhance forecasting and execution. Executive Leadership & Culture Building Lead and mentor a high-performing commerce organization. Build a culture defined by excellence, curiosity, ambition, and accountability. Encourage a growth mindset focused on raising the bar with each cycle. Serve as an influential voice at the executive level. Develop emerging leaders and maintain organizational readiness. Operates as a highly collaborative leader who embraces additional duties and assigned tasks in support of organizational priorities. Success Measures / KPIs Growth in revenue and market share. Proven ability to deliver sustained commercial growth. Deep senior relationships across DSPs, retail partners, and affiliates. Fluency in forecasting, analytics, chart rules, and audience insights. Expertise in physical product strategy and D2C operations. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong commitment to artistry and cultural intelligence.
