We have a collaborative team culture that values initiative, clarity, and measurable results.  In this role you will streamline day‑to‑day operations, develop polished presentations, and support high‑impact business initiatives that enable engineering excellence across modification programs.  Position Responsibilities: Track, analyze, and report operational metrics and KPIs to inform leadership decisions and continuous improvement efforts Own development and delivery of concise, data‑driven presentations, decision packages, and reports for leadership forums Provide business operational support and engineering management integration to various levels of management. Communicate & coordinate business operations strategy with team located in multiple locations. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher 7+ years of experience in a Business Operations role, and/or related disciplines 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing business operations strategy with senior and/or executive leadership.
