Dit is de kans om jouw organisatorische vaardigheden te laten uitblinken - door een team te ondersteunen dat kwaliteit waarborgt voor patiënten wereldwijd.   Job Description #LI-Onsite Interne functietitel: QC Specialist II Locatie: Puurs, Belgie Jouw verantwoordelijkheden : Plan stalen efficiënt om vrijgavetijdlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen te halen Fungeer als aanspreekpunt  voor planning voor verschillende afdelingen Coördineer werkverdeling over beschikbare medewerkers en laboratoriumapparatuur Ontwikkel en implementeer trainingsprogramma’s voor nieuwe analisten Vraag trainingsrollen aan in BUP Bereid QC-metrics en rapporten voor incidenten Vertegenwoordig het microbiologielabo tijdens MAR- en BIO-planningsvergaderingen Essentiele verwachtingen: Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Vloeiend in Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels Sterke vaardigheden in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Stressbestendig en flexibel in veranderende omgevingen Uitstekende communicatieve en coördinerende vaardigheden Sterke probleemoplossende instelling met een positieve teamgeest Gewenste vereisten: Ervaring in een labo-omgeving Vertrouwd met IT-systemen (zoals Lims, Glims, Poema C, SAP) Wat Novartis biedt: Een open bedrijfsklimaat en een stimulerende bedrijfscultuur.
