Als Process Expert zorg je voor de tijdige beschikbaarheid van essentiële verbruiksmaterialen die onze productielijnen draaiende houden. Jouw expertise stimuleert operationele excellentie, optimaliseert een multi-miljoen budget en waarborgt naleving van wereldwijde kwaliteitsnormen. Door samen te werken met verschillende teams en verbeteringen te leiden, draag je rechtstreeks bij aan het leveren van hoogwaardige therapieën aan patiënten wereldwijd.   Job Description #LI-Hybrid Locatie: Puurs, België Interne functietitel : Process Expert Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden Zorg voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van verbruiksmaterialen, kledij en desinfectantia om ononderbroken productieprocessen te garanderen. Beheer de voorraad en het bestelproces voor alle productieverbruiksmaterialen via SAP. Communiceer proactief met stakeholders : Productieafdelingen, Magazijn, QA, Inkomende inspectie, SQA, Global Procurement en Leveranciers. Bereid en monitor het jaarlijkse budget voor verbruiksmaterialen en initieer kostenoptimalisaties. Leid continuous improvement-projecten om efficiëntie te verhogen en kosten te verlagen. Essentiële Vereisten Master in wetenschappen, engineering of een gelijkwaardige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Kennis van SAP of vergelijkbare ERP-systemen voor voorraadbeheer. Sterke kennis van cGMP-normen en complianceprocessen. Uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden met focus op continue verbetering. Effectieve communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden in multidisciplinaire teams. Wenselijke Vereisten Ervaring met budgetbeheer en kostenoptimalisatie in een productieomgeving.
