As a Portfolio Engagement Lead, you’ll design and execute innovative strategies that connect non-TA brands with customers through field and digital channels. Your work will drive brand performance, foster collaboration, and create meaningful impact for patients.   Job Description Key Responsibilities: Execute tactical brand plans to drive growth and engagement across non-TA portfolios. Develop and implement promotional activities aligned with compliance and internal guidelines. Monitor brand performance and market trends, taking corrective actions when needed. Manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies. Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions and data analysis. Collaborate cross functionally with Medical and other teams to maximize impact. Scout canters, key opinion leaders, and influencers within assigned territory. Tailor engagement strategies to patient segments and disease-specific needs. Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints and adverse events. Support distribution of marketing samples and compliance with regulatory requirements. Essential Requirements: At least 1 year of professional experience in commercial activation in healthcare or other industries. University degree in a relevant area. Strong project management skills with timely delivery of initiatives. Ability to analyse market trends and turn insights into strategies. Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Strong communication and influencing skills with customer focus. Budget management and cost-effective marketing execution. Fluency in English and Slovak/Czech, written and spoken.
