As the Global Process Owner, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing end-to-end processes, driving automation, and ensuring compliance across global markets. This is your opportunity to influence strategic decisions, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and make a meaningful impact on patient safety and supply chain excellence.   Job Description Key Responsibilities Map and document serialization and product tracking processes across manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain Implement business process management standards and conduct regular assessments Identify and prioritize improvement areas using assessment results and performance data Drive global and local process standardization through step-out management framework Define and monitor KPIs to measure and improve process performance Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to streamline end-to-end processes Lead technology adoption and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency Establish process roles, responsibilities, and governance aligned with global frameworks Build and sustain communities of practice for process operations and knowledge sharing Benchmark internal metrics against industry standards to ensure continuous improvement Essential Requirements Proven expertise in serialization and product tracking within the pharmaceutical industry Hands-on experience with manufacturing and packaging line processes Proficiency in SAP systems, including SAP ATTP and SAP ICH - Strong background in process mapping and documentation Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior stakeholders Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels Solid understanding of global business operations and data governance Desirable Requirements Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross-functional teams Benefits & Rewards:  Read our handbook to learn about all the ways we’ll help you thrive personally and professionally:  Novartis Life Handbook     Benefits in Spain include Company Pension plan; Life and Accidental Insurance; Meals; Allowance or Canteen in the office; Flexible working hours.   Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:   We are committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.   Skills Desired Effective Communication, Finance Management, Internal And External Customer Needs Analysis & Satisfaction Studies, Managing Resources, Negotiating
