Quality Inspector (m/w/d) Company: Boeing Distribution Services ISC GmbH Position Summary: Überprüfe die routinemäßige Konformität der Produkte mit den Designanforderungen. Liefere objektive Nachweise für die Ergebnisse. Führe Audits, Überwachungen und Kontrollen durch. Identifiziere und dokumentiert Abweichungen. Trenne und kontrolliere nicht konforme Artikel. Führe eine vorläufige Überprüfung und Entsorgung von Nichtkonformitäten durch. Führe während der Produkt- oder Prozessüberprüfung eine Produktüberprüfung mit dem Kunden durch. Identifiziere wiederholte oder erhebliche Nichtkonformitäten und leite Korrekturmaßnahmen ein. Wesentliche Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Durchführung und Dokumentation von Maßprüfungen, basierend auf den Konstruktionsunterlagen und AQL-Werten. Eine entscheidende Rolle spielt die Überprüfung von Zertifizierungsdokumenten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Rückverfolgbarkeitsanforderungen gemäß AS9100 und den hohen Qualitätsstandards von Boeing erfüllt werden. Unterstütze unser dynamisches Team aktiv bei der Entwicklung von Inspektionsplänen sowie der Durchführung interner Kunden- und Drittanbieter-Audits. Außerdem nimmst du kontinuierlich an internen und externen Online-QA-Schulungen teil. Mindestanforderungen (Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen): Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt- oder Automobilindustrie. Minimum 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position. Sicherer Umgang mit mechanischen Prüfgeräten wie Mikrometern, Messschiebern usw. Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch auf minimum B2 Niveau Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift Wünschenswertes (gewünschte Fähigkeiten/Erfahrungen): Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse der QA-Prüfmethoden und -verfahren Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket Vorkenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP sind von Vorteil.
