As we align regulatory standards with our strategic plans, we work closely with regulatory bodies, as well as with industry and customer groups. Join us as a Advisor, Technical Project Management on our Global Product Compliance Engineering and Environment Affair team in Singapore (near Jurong) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve An opening based in Singapore Design Centre (SDC) for an AI Adviso r, Technical Project Management of Global Regulations/Standards and Environmental Affairs is available. You will: Manages AI projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis . Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications Work closely with the team’s Scrum Master, AI ML engineers, Product Compliance Engineers, global Agency Relations Managers, Corporate IT teams and etc on projects deliverables and schedules.  Defines supporting and driving process improvements. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Requires 5+ years of related AI experience with a Bachelor Degree. Knowledge on compliance, especially in Safety, EMC, Wireless, Telecom and Environmental (e.g. Energy, Material, ECO Labels, Accessibility, Repairability, Packaging and etc.) legislation programs is a plus. Applies broad expertise and knowledge in highly specialized fields or several related disciplines . Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways . Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles . Requires conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and implications Assesses unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify cause . Devises solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues . Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results . Accountable for results, which may impact the entire function. Track record of being an enthusiastic and effective team player with experience leading and influencing internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. . Exceptional organizational and communications skills Desirable Requirements Education in Engineering, Computer Science or other related subjects.
