From the Oklahoma City National Memorial to the Bricktown entertainment district, there is always something to explore Family-friendly environment: With excellent schools, parks, and recreational facilities, Oklahoma City is a great place to raise a family Community spirit: Embrace the warm hospitality and friendly atmosphere that make it easy to feel at home Oklahoma City facility operates on a 9/80 work schedule, providing employees with every other Friday off Position Responsibilities: Develop resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions, or pools; prepare financial EACs for contracts or programs Initiate analysis of resource forecasts, control account EACs, and financial EACs Compile data from multiple sources and prepare performance reports Perform variance analyses and provide insight into operational and financial performance for management Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience Develop, review, analyze, and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value and variance analyses; communicate cost and/or schedule trends Develop business cases using appropriate indices Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business, or a related role 3+ years of experience in a role using strong analytical and problem solving skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC) Experience with financial tools such as Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS) Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Experience preparing and leading Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), such as the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Performance Report (CPR), Contract Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
