Data Path Engineering team is a global organization with US-based teams as well as Israel, China, and Poland.  The Data Path team is based in multiple global locations (or remote) and is working on cutting-edge technologies to help develop the next-generation storage technologies.   You will Functions in a leadership role within major projects Makes decisions on operating procedures, analytical approaches, and workflow Provides technical expertise utilized in areas such as marketing, business acquisition and client support Work in a global development environment across a broad range of teams in Dell Technologies Delivers results in a timely manner   Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:   Essential Requirements : Good knowledge of programming languages; operating systems; firmware; BIOS; device drivers; databases; system, network, operating system, and application administration; embedded software/firmware; tools and utilities, as applicable. Knowledge of server, storage, networking and client technologies. Experience with SCRUM/Agile development methodologies Strong knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques for multiple functional areas within PG Proven ability to manage a department or a group with multiple disciplines Advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive the budgeting process   Desirable Requirements Typically requires 10+ years of managerial/leadership experience Excellent written and verbal communication skill     Benefits: Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and well-being are our priority.
