You will: Design and lead the effort on automation, CI/CD processes and tools to make our services simpler and more robust Mentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes Take part in the full software development life cycle including development, test, continuous delivery and support Be an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test and delivery Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 8 to 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Expertise in NR/LTE/eCPRI/CPRI/PTP protocol analysis and implementation with signal processing knowledge and background Experience using Matlab for Mathematical analysis Proven record of FPGA development in high volume wireless products, 5G Radio unit development Experience in developing FPGA functional specification via RTL design and verification Knowledge in 4G and 5G Radio and/or subsystems architecture, implementation and ecosystem  Desirable Requirements Experience with FPGA design tools like Quartus.
