What you’ll achieve As a Professional Services Consultant, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for Dell solutions on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical design, strategies implementation of Dell solutions. You will: •Provide technical expertise and customer support •Participate in the installation, customization and integration of a Dell Technologies solutions •Design and implement on-premise and multicloud solutions (Microsoft and VMware) •Leverage your in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to strategic outcomes Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements •5–8 years of related experience •Experience with installation, customization and integration of infrastructure and multicloud solutions •Experience with delivering projects and providing technical support to customers •Experience with management and automation solutions ( Microsoft, Nutanix, Red Hat and VMware) •Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills to be able to influence and interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the Dell Technologies companies, customers, partners and vendors •NV2 security clearance Desirable Requirements •Bachelor’s degree •Relevant Iindustry technical certifications •Experience working within the Department of Defence • Advanced knowledge of business/technology transformation programs such as Digital. IT, Security and Workforce •Experience with software defined networking ( Microsoft, Nutanix, Red Hat and VMware) Please note: This role will be full time onsite in either our Holsworthy or Canberra locations.
