F-15EX Project Management Specialist (General Project Mgmt) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an F-15EX Project Management Specialist (General Project Management) (Level 3 and 4) t o join our dynamic team in Berkeley, Missouri . Position Responsibilities: Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): More than 1 year of experience managing projects or programs Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue, and opportunity management to drive performance Experience with schedule management, integration of all logistics elements, supplier communication, as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met More than 1 year of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners). Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc. Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. Travel: Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.
