Experienced Manufacturing Staff Analyst Company: The Boeing Company Boeing South Carolina (BSC) is seeking an  Experienced Manufacturing Staff Analyst (Level 3) supporting 787 Program - Midbody Assembly in North Charleston , South Carolina on 1st Shift. You will be responsible for staffing and headcount project management efforts involving acquisition and deployment of manufacturing skills. This position requires a self-starter who will quickly adapt to the challenges of a manufacturing business environment and fulfill our organizational strategic plans. In addition, effective time management, advanced Excel & organizational skills are essential. Position Responsibilities : Serve as the primary staffing demand planning focal Lead staffing and headcount initiatives, preparing for production rate changes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, analyze, manage, and verify compliance of processes and product baselines for complex products Facilitate staffing and overtime meetings Perform data analysis u sing advanced Excel skills for staffing, training progression, impacts to production and performance metrics Develop presentation materials and offer meeting support for daily tier meetings Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership team, including senior and first-line managers Manage meeting agendas, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups Support team logistics in organizing recognition events, including employee of the quarter awards, morale-building activities, cash awards, and recognition events Oversee server access requests and general maintenance tasks Manage distribution lists for the team Collaborate and partner with other Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) staffing focals on staffing initiatives Assist in managing and ordering supplies for the team Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and conditions Use your knowledge of techniques to identify & enhance customer capabilities, best practices, support resources, preferences, problems/constraints to provide effective support Work with sensitive information and safeguard confidential information Use various software, tools and system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workload, responsibilities, problem identification and resolution   Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) : 3+ years of experience using advanced features in Excel, including data analysis, and PowerPoint 3+ years of experience collecting and interpreting data 3+ years of experience working with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams Experience with cross-functional communication and performance reporting   Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher 5+ years of related analytical experience 3+ years of experience working with and supporting senior leadership 3+ years of experience leading or supporting staffing activities Desire to learn new skills; proactive attitude Shift: This position is primarily 1st shift. Willingness to support 2nd shift at times based on business needs is required.
