Job Description Summary The Director, Data & Analytics Enablement will be responsible for leading the roadmap and execution of data and analytics initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to ensure that data-driven decision-making is at the core of our business operations. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement core data management strategies, policies, and procedures.   Job Description Location – Hyderabad  #LI Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive the overall data and analytics roadmap in alignment with business goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of data and analytics tools and platforms in collaboration with DDIT Design and deliver training programs to enhance data literacy and analytical skills across the organization. Comply with the data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data and analytics initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with DDIT, data science, and business teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of data and analytics solutions. Essential Requirements:   15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on provider data management in a healthcare setting. 10+ years of people management experience. Proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making at a senior leadership level, including addressing complex business challenges and shaping organizational roadmap particularly in therapeutic areas.   Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with a focus on leadership and enablement. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data management tools and software. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
