Join us to do the best work of your career and make an impact as a Corporate Tax Manager on our EMEA Tax Team in Warsaw. You will play a key roles in EMEA Tax across the following areas: Tax Compliance & Reporting Oversee preparation and review of corporate tax returns for UK, Ireland, and international entities. Ensure timely and accurate filing of corporation tax, Pillar2, CBCR ,Transfer Pricing and other relevant direct tax submissions. Drive automation and process improvements in tax compliance. Tax Strategy & Advisory Advise on tax implications of business transactions supporting and enabling the business on a day to day basis. Support implementation of global tax strategy, including Pillar 2 and transfer pricing compliance. Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the group. Risk Management & Governance Maintain robust tax risk management framework and internal controls. Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits and queries. Ensure compliance with global reporting obligations (e.g., Country-by-Country Reporting). Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Global Tax and Commercial teams on tax matters. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Professional qualification (CTA, AITI, or equivalent). Minimum 8+ years’ experience in corporate tax, with exposure to international tax matters. Strong technical knowledge of UK and Irish corporate tax; experience with IFRS tax accounting. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Desirable Requirements Proficiency in tax technology and data analytics tools.
