We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our Rapid Application Development team. You will be responsible for end-to-end web application development, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven trading environment, where you can make a direct impact on the industry. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 3–5 years of hands-on development experience. Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and oral) is a must. Strong knowledge of Java, React, JavaScript, and Python. Experienced on Agile methodologies, such as Scrum in fast-paced environments. Nice to have - experience with: Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) DevOps Kubernetes AI solutions integration Angular & DevExpress Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy full-stack web applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and remote teams. Troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring smooth operations. Contribute to an Agile development process, ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements. Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet project deadlines. Provide regular status reports and escalate risks or concerns to your Team Lead Key Relations and Reporting Structure Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full development lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Technical Design: Contribute to the design and development of complex application enhancements. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve high-severity issues with effective solutions. Collaboration: Work with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Solution Implementation: Implement integrated solutions with various teams to meet business and performance needs. Deployment & Scaling: Work with IT teams to deploy and scale applications based on performance demands. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks and performance bottlenecks.
