Procurement Agent (Supplier Contract Admin) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent to join our Materials and Standards team in Everett , WA . The Materials Contracts team is responsible for managing BCA’s supply chain contracts for chemicals and composite materials. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems with creative solutions. Come join the Supply Chain Contracts team responsible for many critical components required for our commercial airplanes!  Primary duties include managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, and negotiating cost recoveries, terms and conditions, and contract extensions. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will execute and maintain contracts within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.  Our team is currently hiring for an Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3) Procurement Agent. Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and specifications. Evaluate proposals and negotiate contract terms and conditions. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization. Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement procedures and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements. Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience): 3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) 3+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills 3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts Domestic and international travel as needed Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ): Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills 5+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts Drug Free Workplace : Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
