上流コンサルタント（ITインフラ全体最適アセスメント）   募集背景： エンタープライズ向け「ITインフラ全体最適アセスメント」案件の増加に伴い、上流工程をリードできる即戦力を増員募集します。  役割概要： エンタープライズの顧客に対し、As‑Is可視化からTo‑Be定義、移行方針策定、実行ロードマップ、投資対効果提示、経営層合意形成までを一気通貫で推進します。ハイブリッド／マルチクラウド（オンプレミス/AWS/Azure/GCP 等）、全社共通基盤、データ保護やITBCP（バックアップ/DR/Cyber Recovery）、クラウドセキュリティ（CSPM 等）を含む最新ベストプラクティスを提示し、持続可能なIT運用・可搬性・コスト最適を実現します。 また、将来的にはセキュリティ分野でのコンサルティング業務も兼務頂く予定です。 主な職務内容： 上流コンサルティング  アセスメント計画の策定（スコープ、評価観点、KPI・成熟度指標、データ収集の設計）  現状（As‑Is）診断：アーキテクチャ、運用プロセス、コスト構造、ガバナンス／リスク、セキュリティ成熟度の多面的評価  あるべき姿（To‑Be）定義：ハイブリッド／マルチクラウド方針、全社共通基盤（NW/Compute/Storage/Container/データ基盤）  クラウド移行評価や方針策定：ワークロード適材適所、データ可搬性、セキュリティ（CSPM/CWPP、ゼロトラスト）、データ保護やITBCP（バックアップ/DR/Cyber Recovery）  ロードマップ／投資計画：クイックウィン〜中長期の実行計画、費用対効果（TCO/ROI/リスク低減）  エグゼクティブコミュニケーション：意思決定論点の提示、ケース比較、採否判断の根拠整理、合意形成支援  標準化資産の整備：評価テンプレート、成熟度モデル、アーキタイプ／参照アーキテクチャの整備・展開  必須要件： ・上流コンサルティングの経験。 コンサルティングファーム、または SIerのコンサル組織での実務経験：7年以上  インフラ／クラウド／セキュリティ領域のコンサル案件リード経験：5案件以上  ・下記領域のうち3つ以上の実務経験を有する事。 お客様ITインフラ全体の最適化アセスメントの設計・実行  お客様全社共通基盤のTo‑Be/インフラ将来像策定と変革ロードマップ作成  クラウド移行評価や方針策定  データ保護/ITBCP/バックアップ/DR/サイバーリカバリ 戦略策定  TCO/ROI/FinOps によるビジネスケース作成と経営層説明  エグゼクティブサマリー作成・ステコミ報告/合意形成（経営層・部門長クラスを相手にした課題定義／合意形成、最終報告の作成・ファシリテーション経験）  RFP作成・ベンダ選定/契約支援（要件定義、評価基準設計、提案評価、交渉）  以下いずれか複数の知識（実践経験が望ましい）  セキュリティ規制および業界標準：OWASP 10、MITRE ATT&CK、OSINT、CIS 20、NIST CSF   IT戦略/ガバナンス：ITIL、COBIT、TOGAF/EA  クラウド/基盤アーキテクチャ：ハイブリッド/マルチクラウド（AWS/Azure/GCP）、ネットワーク（SDN/SASE）、IaC（Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation/Bicep）、AIOps、Observability  プラットフォーム：仮想化/コンテナ（VMware、Kubernetes/OpenShift）、CI/CD、DevSecOps、CSPM/CWPP、SIEM/SOAR  データ保護：バックアップ、DR、Cyber Recovery  マネジメント：要求整理、スコープ定義、ステークホルダー/チェンジマネジメント、リスク/コスト管理、成熟度診断手法  ・セキュリティ分野に特化したコンサルティング案件への意欲。 ・日本語：ビジネスレベル ・英語：技術資料の読解およびメール/チャットでのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル 歓迎要件： クラウド認定：AWS Solutions Architect（Pro/Associate）、Azure Solutions Architect Expert、GCP Professional Cloud Architect  セキュリティ認定：CISSP／CISA／CISM／CCSP  プラットフォーム：CKA/CKAD/CKS、VMware 上位認定  FinOps Certified Practitioner/Professional などのコスト最適化知見  金融業界または大規模企業でのアセスメント/モダナイゼーション案件経験  セキュリティ関連の知見、経験 ビジネスレベル英語（技術ディスカッション・資料作成）  求める人物像： 評価設計→データ収集→解釈→意思決定支援までを自走できる方  抽象と具体を往復し、ストーリーとファクトで説得できる方  複数ベンダ/部門を束ねるファシリテーションとネゴシエーションに長けた方  変化の速いクラウド/セキュリティ領域の学習を継続できる方  新しいチャレンジやプロジェクトの立ち上げに意欲的な方   高水準の誠実さと守秘義務を有する方  変化、不確実性、緊急性に強い耐性があり、プレッシャーの下でも仕事ができる方  勤務地： 東京  部門： コンサルティング  Who we are We believe that each of us has the power to make an impact.
