Investor Services Department The HedgeServ Investor Services department has an established global presence, with operations located in the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Poland, and USA. The team currently services a mix of private equity, hedge funds and hybrid structures. The team work with its clients and investors to introduce new technology solutions to continuously meet the demands of an ever-changing industry to support unique client structures and operating models. Job Description An Investor Services FATCA and CRS Manager will be required to execute the following tasks in the Investor Services Department. They shall be executed within the guidelines and procedures provided by HedgeServ and under the supervision and guidance of a director.  The FATCA & CRS Manager will ensure high-quality execution of FATCA/CRS processes while managing a team of up to 8 staff. Key Responsibilities of the Role HedgeServ operates a client focused structure which provides a wide range of experience to all levels of employee. As such the successful candidate should be flexible and willing to adapt. The combination of tasks required to be executed will vary depending on both client structure and client requirements. FATCA and CRS Own the FATCA/CRS operational framework, ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations Oversee the validation of tax withholding certificates (e.g., W-8/W-9) and CRS self-certifications; resolve rejections; communicate curative documentation requirements to Investor Services and ensure evidence retention Own the daily, monthly and annual FATCA/CRS operational cycle, including monitoring work queues, balancing workloads across the team, and clearing aged items Review entity/individual accounts to identify reportable status; verify indicia via electronic and document searches Maintain and enhance team procedures and control checklists Plan daily work, set priorities, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards Resolve complex classification issues, documentation exceptions, and client escalations Ensure timely and accurate annual FATCA/CRS filings Identify and implement enhancements to workflows, controls, and technology solutions Manage and mentor the team, monitor performance and support career development Act as the first escalation point for complex classifications, documentation exceptions, or client issues; prepare clear summaries and options for Director decisions Liaise with senior internal stakeholders to provide status updates and risk assessments HedgeServ operates a client-focused structure. As such an Investor Services Manager should be flexible and willing to adapt. Investor Services Manager should be capable of managing a team of up to 8 staff servicing multiple clients with various requirements and deadlines. Education: Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a hedge fund administration firm, with at least 3 of those at Supervisor level, preferably in a FATCA and CRS role.
