The successful candidate will join a team responsible for Broker Connectivity within HedgeServ. The role involves liaising directly with both external brokers and internal service teams to ensure all necessary FTP feeds and Broker Website Access are setup and maintained to ensure the reconciliation process by the HedgeServ internal teams is efficient as possible. Reporting directly to the Manager in this department but also with the support of the Director and Managing Director. The requisite Induction Training will be provided in addition to both compulsory training (AML/KYC) and optional training. Additional role-specific training shall be provided by the Manager and Director. Key Accountabilities of the Role The list below is not finite and may be added to. The combination of tasks required to be executed will vary depending on business needs. Working with both NAV & Implementation teams to ensure all information necessary is gathered before reaching out to setup reporting with the relevant brokers. Manage Hedgeserv’s employees website access across various broker websites Use initiative in dealing with ad-hoc reporting queries & escalating as required. Querying any data discrepancies that have been raised internally, with external brokers. Pre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience Strong inter-personal skills required to deal with many different departments both within and outside of HedgeServ Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure or independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Good initiative required but also ability to recognize when escalation of issues needs to be taken Adaptable and comfortable with handling numerous tasks in a fast-paced environment. Organised along with good time management IT Literate with an emphasis on Excel and using SQL Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
