Ako Sales Account Executive  budeš zodpovedný za predaj produktov spoločnosti Dell Technologies našim zákazníkom podľa ich potrieb, zastrešovať akvizíciu nových klientov a prehlbovať existujúce obchodné vzťahy. Naši obchodní manažéri aktívne spolupracujú s ďalšími členmi obchodného oddelenia. Súčasťou pozície sú aj pravidelné tréningy s koučmi, mentormi, e-learningy a iné možnosti vzdelávania. Tím je priateľský, nápomocný a pripravený poskytnúť novým kolegom maximálnu oporu, aby sa ti na pozícii darilo. Tvojou úlohou bude Telefonický kontakt s malými a strednými podnikateľmi v Nemecku, so zameraním na získavanie zákazníkov. Zodpovednosť za dosahovanie krátkodobých a dlhodobých cieľov, najmä cieľov predaja a rastu, ako aj mesačných/štvrťročných KPI. Sledovanie potenciálnych zákazníkov s cieľom rozpoznať ich IT potenciál. Nepretržité investície do vlastného rozvoja prostredníctvom školení, technických a mäkkých zručností. Sledovanie nezávislých informácií o marketingových a merchandisingových aktivitách pre optimálne umiestnenie nášho portfólia. Pre túto pozíciu hľadáme: Požiadavky Ukončené vysokoškolské vzdelanie II. stupňa: podnikový obchod a marketing 2+ rokov skúseností s komunikáciou so zákazníkmi alebo predajom Nemecký jazyk na úrovni C1, angličtina je výhodou zameranie na výsledky Silné komunikačné a prezentačné zručnosti a schopnosť riešiť problémy Výhodou je Blízky vzťah k technológiám a IT odvetviu Schopnosť pracovať samostatne aj v rámci tímu Platové ohodnotenie od: Priemerý mesačný zárobok od 1980 EUR v hrubom. 1386 EUR mesačne v hrubom (fixná zložka 70%) + 594 EUR mesačne v hrubom (variabilná zložka 30%). Plat je vyplácaný v plnej výške prvé 3 mesiace. Súčasťou finálneho ohodnotenia sú aj ďalšie odmeny, o ktorých sa dozvieš viac počas výberového procesu. What you’ll achieve As a   Sales Account Executive ,   you will be responsible for supporting clients by providing Dell’s solutions while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. The   Sales Account Executive   will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with other members of the sales team. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Master's degree in Economics & Management , Study program: Corporate Sales and Marketing 2 + years experiences in sales or customer communication. German language on C1 level, English is nice to have. Results-driven. Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Desirable Requirements Affinity for IT industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary starting from:   Average monthly gross earnings from 1980 EUR. 1386 EUR gross fix pay + 594 EUR gross variable pay Salary split:   70/30 The variable pay is fully paid for the first 3 months.
