A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values. As a Large Press Feeder, you will work in a collaborative environment to… Assist the operator with Make Ready, Run, and Washup of the press ensuring standard production rates and high-quality output. Perform tasks delegated by Large Press Operator. Maintain or exceed all quality standards consistently Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and quality procedures. Enter all production data into the Monarch data collection system accurately. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.  Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting/making simple repairs as necessary. Providing training to other team members as requested by supervisor. Work together with leaders to provide feedback for upstream production improvements.  Ability to flex to other areas as business needs arise. About you: High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of set-up and operating printing machine experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions. Print Production software knowledge preferred. Skilled in handling and operating machinery. Excellent cooperation and ability to work effectively with others. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and stand for long periods of time. Proficient in reading and understanding job tickets. The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
