The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. As a Sr Financial Analyst, MFA Planning & Operations you will:   Analyze   internal and external forces,   identifying   risks and opportunities to influence actions for better financial outcomes   Develop key weekly, monthly and   quarterly   insights   of enterprise sales,   margin   and   inventory   outcomes   in support of Commercial performance management routines   Develop driver-based digital sales forecast, connecting commercial expectations with partner building blocks to enable proactive business management   Work cross functionally with leaders across merchandising,   digital,   finance, and the broader organization to inform and develop insights   leveraged   by senior leaders   Provide ad hoc   decision-making   support for strategic initiatives and special projects     About you:   Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance   Four or more years Finance or Business experience   Advanced Excel knowledge – comfortable transforming large data sets into insights   Strong analytical acumen to   identify   and analyze emerging business trends    Detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver outcomes   Curious and self-motivated to dig in and   identify   new strategic insights    Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills   This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
