The pay range per hour is $20.19 - $36.35 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Whether it’s direct to guest marketing or an in-store promotional message, you’ll be a part of the team that creates high quality printed materials for use across the organization. You’ll work in a fast paced team environment utilizing your skills to maximize throughput, drive efficiencies and maintain quality on devices such as as Xerox, HP, Konica Minolta , Canon/Oce , Hunkeler and Zund cutter . Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. About you: • High school diploma or GED • Ability to execute standard processes with minimal supervision • Minimum of 1 year experience operating digital printing presses • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
