The pay range per hour is $17.45 - $29.62 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment, and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values. As a Logistics Specialist , you will… Document all shipments and receipts; maintain organized files for future reference. Compare purchase orders with received goods to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies or transit damage. Maintain perpetual inventory of all warehouse items. Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation. Arrange outbound shipping for finished products: Palletization and labeling LTL, FTL, courier, or parcel shipments Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or damages. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with production and planning teams. Execute assigned daily tasks from Sr Logistics Specialist. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs.
