The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. About the Role As a Senior Logistics Analyst on the Port and Facility First Mile Transportation team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient movement of domestic goods from U.S. vendors through Target’s consolidation and distribution network. You’ll collaborate with internal partners, vendor providers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to deliver operational excellence, strengthen 3PL relationships, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in speed, cost, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product flow from vendor warehouse pickup through consol operations, ensuring on-time, cost-effective transportation. Partner with vendors and 3PL providers to improve performance, efficiency, and service reliability. Use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally to execute transportation strategies and special events with precision. Lead initiatives to enhance visibility, streamline processes, and enable faster decision-making. Act as a change agent—challenging the status quo and driving innovation across the inbound transportation network. Respond quickly and effectively to high-impact operational events to maintain service commitments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or related field. Proven track record of ownership and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working with transportation carriers or 3PL partners. Demonstrated ability to use data and KPIs to drive performance improvement. Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Transportation management experience preferred.
