Wenn du Impact suchst und Lust hast, in einem dynamischen Umfeld echte Erfolge zu feiern: let’s go!     Deine Mission als Partner Growth Manager: Du bist der Wachstumsmotor - Du entwickelst bestehende Partnerschaften weiter und baust neue strategische Partnerschaften auf, die unser Wachstum beschleunigen Du bist nah dran - Als strategischer Sparringspartnerin tauchst du tief in die Business-Modelle unserer Partner ein und findest Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert Du orchestrierst Erfolg - Du bringst interne Teams aus Sales, Marketing und Product zusammen, um für unsere Partner die bestmögliche Unterstützung zu bieten Du lieferst Impact - Du verantwortest Umsatzwachstum durch Partner-Deals, steuerst aktiv die Pipeline von der Lead-Generierung bis zum Closing und steigerst kontinuierlich unseren Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Du optimierst kontinuierlich - Mit regelmäßigen Performance-Reviews entwickelst du die Zusammenarbeit weiter und passt Strategien dynamisch an Du organisierst Erlebnisse - Von Co-Marketing-Initiativen bis zu Partner-Events – du sorgst für Aufmerksamkeit und Begeisterung rund um unsere Partnerschaften   Was du mitbringst: Leidenschaft für Partner Management und echtes Business Development – du willst gemeinsam wachsen! Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Partnerships, Sales oder B2B (SaaS-Background? Umso besser!)
