Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role What We're Looking For: Fluency in Dutch and/ or French, plus a good command of English Passion for sales, tech, and supporting businesses The resilience to bounce back from rejection and keep finding ways to move forward A proactive and curious mindset — always looking to learn and improve Great communication skills and the ability to connect with different types of customers Experience in sales - (but not a must for sales development — we also train rising talent!)
