 Join us as a Senior Systems Engineer (all genders) in our Autonomous Driving Function team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility! Our Autonomous Driving Function team develops the core system that enables autonomous driving for future mobility solutions. We transform stakeholder needs into concepts and requirements, collaborate with our partners and suppliers to develop the self-driving system, and ensure seamless integration into vehicle platforms. What you will do Derive requirements for autonomous driving functions from high-level objectives, stakeholder requirements, and law and regulations  Develop system concepts and ensure alignment with safety, performance, and regulatory standards  Collaborate closely with suppliers to clarify requirements, monitor deliverables, and resolve technical issues  Represent development progress, risks, and key decisions in management meetings  Drive integration and validation activities to ensure seamless functionality in vehicle platforms What will help you to fulfill your role  Ability to translate high-level objectives into detailed specifications and system concepts  Skilled in coordinating external partners, clarifying requirements, and monitoring deliverables  Strong presentation skills for management meetings and stakeholder alignment  Experience with Scrum or SAFe frameworks  Comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving complex technical challenges  Ability to translate high-level objectives into detailed specifications and system concepts   Skilled in coordinating external partners, clarifying requirements, and monitoring deliverables   Strong presentation skills for management meetings and stakeholder alignment   Experience with Scrum or SAFe frameworks  Comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving complex technical challenge  English fluency and strong advanced German communication skills.  We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds — even if you don’t meet every requirement.
