 Join us as a Senior Fullstack Engineer (parental leave cover - 15 months) (all genders) in our Fleet Handling team and help shape the future of autonomous mobility! The Fleet Handling team gives operators and hub teams a clear, reliable, and actionable view of the fleet — ensuring transparent, accurate, and easy-to-manage vehicle status and attributes. We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to support the team during a parental leave cover (15 months).   What you will do Design, develop, and optimize services that ensure a clear and actionable overview of the fleet, accompanying the whole vehicle lifecycle from in-fleeting to de-fleeting, providing operators with all the necessary information about their vehicles.  Take ownership of critical systems that keep our fleets running.  Make informed, data-driven decisions on technologies and tools to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful software  Mentor and guide engineers, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence  Help evolve our architecture, identify technical improvements, and shape the direction of our stack and engineering practices  What will help you to fulfill your role  Ability to conceptualize, plan the implementation of and communicate complex technical ideas  Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Typescript, with an interest in both, or similar strongly typed languages  Experience in working with serverless AWS services, such as Lambda, DynamoDB and SQS or similar services  Experience with SQS and No-SQL databases  Experience with infrastructure as a code (i.e. CDK)  Strong backend engineering experience, comfortable building APIs and distributed systems  Knowledge of current trends in software design, event-driven architecture and DevOps practices  Our benefits in a nutshell Competitive salary (including bonus)   Hybrid work setup: Work from home or one of our offices - you and your team decide how often to meet, blending flexibility with collaboration!  Flexible working hours and the possibility of flexible work arrangements depending on your needs (parenting, care work, volunteering, etc.)  Budget and monthly expense allowance for home office setup  Possibility of remote work from outside Germany for up to 6 weeks per year from over 35 countries - learn more in our blog!
