What you'll do We're looking for a Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships that drive long-term value for Clara and our customers. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for our most important clients in Mexico, combining commercial acumen with consultative insight to help them optimize their spend management through Clara’s platform. In this role, you’ll proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion, manage complex sales and onboarding cycles, and act as a trusted partner to C-level executives across our customer base. Your work will directly position Clara as the go-to financial partner for high-impact organizations. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Must haves 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Manager in a B2B model Previous experience in the financial sector, particularly in traditional banking institutions Proven ability to onboard, manage, and grow B2B client accounts Comfort navigating financial systems, ERP integrations, and budget conversations at the CFO level Sales forecasting skills and experience managing sell-in/sell-out strategies Excellent relationship-building skills with a FANTER (Farmer + Hunter) mindset Structured, results-oriented approach with strong business acumen Professional proficiency in English Nice to haves Existing relationships within Mexico’s enterprise ecosystem Experience creating and executing go-to-market or partner marketing plans Confidence leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating at C-level High adaptability to change with an innovation-driven attitude Why join Clara At Clara, you’ll have the autonomy, speed, and support to make meaningful impact — not just on your team, but on how organizations are run across Latin America. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
