Über die Rolle: Planungs- und Vorschaukoordination: Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Planungsunterlagen, Vorschauen, Budget- und Forecast-Planungen Projektcontrolling: Laufende Überwachung der Projektkennzahlen inkl. Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Risikobewertung und Begleitung des Projektstart-, Projektverlauf- und Projektschlussgesprächs Berichtswesen & Reporting: Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports zu Leistung, Auftragsbestand, Ergebnisentwicklung sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Kennzahlenanalysen Schnittstellenmanagement: Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Bereichsleitung und zentralem Controlling sowie Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen Toolgestützte Analysen: Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling- und Reporting-Systeme sowie Begleitung von BI-Projekten Unterstützung im Angebotsprozess, insbesondere bei kaufmännischen Bewertungen, Freigabeprozessen und Kalkulationsprüfungen Mitarbeiterschulungen und Know-how-Transfer zu konzerninternen Tools und Controllingstandards Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Ausbau der bestehenden Berichtssysteme, um Effizienz und Transparenz zu steigern Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und Leitung in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen   Über dich: Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Bauingenieurwesens oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Weiterbildung Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektcontrolling, idealerweise in der Baubranche Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint) Systematische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe IT-Affinität (ERP-Systeme, Excel, ggf. eigene Controllingtools). Erfahrung mit Kalkulations- und Controlling-Software (z. B. iTWO, SAP, BI-Tools) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytisches Denkvermögen und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im Umgang mit mehreren parallelen Projekten    Was wir bieten Ein unbefristeter Vertrag mit 30 Urlaubstagen.  Flexible, hybride Arbeitsweise: Du kannst von zu Hause oder im Büro arbeiten, je nachdem, was für Dich am besten passt!
