 Join us as a (Senior) Technical Product Manager (all genders) in our Foundation team on a shared journey that matters! The focus of the Vehicle Integration domain and its teams is making the vision of an autonomously driving mobility service a reality. These teams develop the applications and tools needed to enable autonomous passenger management within our MOIA vehicles in a world without a driver: How do passengers authenticate themselves in the vehicle without a driver? How to always ensure a safe cabin during boarding and during the ride? Which content should be displayed on the vehicle screens to provide a safe and informative user experience for passengers?   The Foundation team is one of six teams in the Vehicle Integration domain. As a platform team, it is focusing on setting up the middleware to enable the feature development of the other five teams, driving quality management & cybersecurity topics, Metrics & Logging feature development, as well as on over-the-air software updates of our embedded software running in our autonomous vehicles.   What you will do Take  ownership of the product the team is building:   Define priorities and align the product roadmap of the team    Break down the roadmap into workable pieces for the team   Provide product vision and direction to the team   Ensure strong collaboration with our teams, OEM & technology partners, and stakeholders to ideate a great platform product with a strong focus on developer experience & delivery     Build, test, measure, and enhance capabilities & feature based on KPIs and feedback to meet the company goals in a lean way   Elaborate legal requirements and boundaries towards possible solutions , including functional safety, cybersecurity, and comprehensive documentation, ready to be used in an autonomous driving context   Define requirements towards OEM’s base vehicle functions   Set up and align the middleware and software integration with our development partner, OEM & technology partners  Get involved in OTA feature development and rollout strategy, as well as shaping the vision, strategy, and way forward of our products within the domain and beyond  What will help you to fulfill your role Excellence: You are a seasoned technical product owner/ manager and highly interested and empathic about the needs of our customers, partners, and passenger while also understanding the legal perspective, with the ability to translate these needs and boundaries into capabilities that contribute to our business goals   Curiosity: you are excited about the challenges and complexity of autonomous mobility services and understand complex system architectures. You are eager to learn and understand how your product interacts with other systems, what it contributes, and how to optimize it so that it maximizes the value of the End2End product   Communicator: You love interacting with different personalities and backgrounds; you can understand their needs and motivate them. Colleagues and stakeholders enjoy working with you because you communicate clearly, listen well, and keep everyone aligned   Adaptability: You are comfortable in a dynamic environment and love tackling complex problems.
