Our mission is to set new industry standards for quality, efficiency, and environmental responsibility ensuring long-term value for people and our planet.   Über die Rolle: Aufnahme, Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen im Geschäftsbereich Immobilien-Entwicklung und Generalübernehmung Definition des Controllings der Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (Interne Projekte, KVP, Maßnahmen etc.) Moderation, Steuerung und Begleitung von Prozesseinführungen und -optimierungen bis zur vollständigen Umsetzung und Anwendung Strategische und zukunftsorientierte Optimierung und Ausrichtung der Prozesse   Über dich:  Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschafts-, Projekt- oder Bauingenieurwesens oder IT (FH/TU) Du besitzt nachweisbare Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement, besonders hinsichtlich Bauprozessmanagement-Standards Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in der Bau- und Immobilienbranche Vergleichbare Tätigkeit bei einem Generalplaner, Generalübernehmer oder im Modul- Elementbau Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse   Was wir bieten: Ein unbefristeter Vertrag mit 30 Urlaubstagen.
