Professional Services Team | Hospitality | Strategic Clients Lightspeed is looking for a Strategic Implementation Consultant to play a key role in guiding our high-value, strategic Hospitality clients through a seamless, successful implementation of our POS solutions. If you’re passionate about helping businesses unlock the full power of technology—and love partnering closely with hospitality customers to deliver real impact—this role is for you. As a Strategic Implementation Consultant, you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert who oversees all the phases of the implementation process for enterprise clients—from outlining project plans to preparing users for go-live—ensuring every step is coordinated, supported, and optimized. You’ll function as a trusted consultant, applying industry best practices and tailoring recommendations to each customer’s unique needs to drive successful outcomes. You’ll also be instrumental in building strong, lasting client relationships—maximizing customer satisfaction and helping clients get the absolute most out of their Lightspeed investment.
