Your Impact Lead areas of software development projects from requirements to execution Contribute to architectural decisions and propose product design solutions Participate in C++ development (coding) of various software components Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Perform code reviews Lead and mentor software engineers, fostering technical growth and best engineering practices.  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, ASIC design, release, QA, and CI/CD.  Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of software integrated into world-leading products. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience in C++ development on Linux platforms.  Strong knowledge of C++11 or newer standards.  Previous experience in team leadership Proven experience in system architecture and software design.  Academic degree in computer technology. Fluency in spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications Good understanding how hardware works. Experience with Makefiles and Linux. Experience with Python or other scripting languages.  Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, and test automation frameworks.  Understanding of testing concepts and practices.  Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.  High level of autonomy, responsibility, and leadership mindset.
