This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with groundbreaking technologies. You'll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation by delivering secure, scalable AI-powered networking solutions.   As part of our team, you will champion Enterprise Networking architecture transformation and be responsible for driving Switching, Routing and Wireless business in the Dutch market. To achieve this, we are looking for someone who has strong sales skills, a solid technical foundation, influence capabilities, and ability to articulate Cisco’s values.   Market opportunity and Strategy:   Contribute to the high touch segment strategy, build and implement a networking growth plan based on the market opportunity.   Customer Engagement and Opportunity Development:   Direct engagement with customers and partners   Work closely with the portfolio sales teams to grow and expand the networking funnel.   Actively contribute to the account planning process. Programmatic Campaign Ownership:   Own and drive programmatic architectural campaigns to generate incremental pipelines for focus segments, including leading and delivering one to many events for customers and partners.   Competitive Differentiation:   Leverage Cisco’s technology portfolio to align with and address customer business objectives. Continuous learning and coaching:   Coach Portfolio teams on solution value — from feature to outcome and business impact, including Cisco Platform positioning.   Invest time in personal education continually developing your technical skills, business insight, and vertical/industry knowledge.   Minimum Qualifications   Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.   5+ years of sales experience in networking solutions with proven success in selling end-to-end IT solutions.   Solid understanding of Cisco's networking portfolio and strategy.   Superb communication and collaboration skills with ability to understand customer needs and align solutions with their business objectives.   Ability to manage a pipeline, develop and execute account plans and data-driven strategies.   Proficient in Dutch and English. Preferred Qualifications   Technical selling skills in Routing, Switching, Wireless, and other general networking technologies. Knowledge of emerging technologies like AI/ML integration in networking.  MBA, Economics and Finance degree or equivalent preferred.   CCNP certification or above is strongly preferred . Understanding complex sales cycles with a strong ability to accelerate sales.   Ability to take ownership of objectives and results and operate without needing detailed management.
