Role & Responsibilities Customer-focused technical sales professional who provides technical information, design/implementation guidance for networking technology to the customer. SE takes an architectural perspective to demonstrate how Cisco products and solutions can solve the customer’s business problems and sustains relationships with the customer aligned to their understanding of the customer's business goals. Refine and research customer challenges in technical context and technical requirements of the opportunity Create solution options and articulate the benefits of a Cisco solution Prepare proposal materials and make customer presentation Conduct demonstration or PoC, leveraging resources such as demo labs, including presentation and documentation of test results Customer technical Q and A handling Collaboration with other functions such as BU, CX or others Research of potential competitive offerings for the proposed solution Minimum Qualifications More than 7 years of pre-sales experience as a solutions engineer for network products and solutions Expertise of Data Center Network (VXLAN/EVPN/RoCE,etc) Knowledge and Experience of POC, solution demonstration and Network verification Fluency in Japanese reading, writing and communication Leadership and proactive attitude to lead a team and a project Go-for-it spirit and attitude for new challenges Desired Skills Pre-sales experience for Service Provider Customer Knowledge of AI data center infrastructure Knowledge of virtualization and container infrastructure (Docker/K8s,etc) Knowledge of Network Programmability and Automation (Python, Ansible etc.) Practical understanding of Cisco solutions and products Business Level English communication Expertise of Generic Routing and Switching (CCIE level)  Data Centerを中心にシスコが持つ幅広い製品・サービスを活用することで、お客様の課題解決およびビジネス拡大に貢献するためのプリセールス活動を行います。 営業部門と協力しながら、サービス部門・技術サポート部門・本社開発部門との協業を推進し、技術面からビジネスに貢献します。 業務内容 アカウントSEとして担当するお客様と信頼関係を構築し、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスを活用しながらお客様の課題を解決するための技術的な営業活動を行います。  お客様の課題や技術要件の整理 最適なシスコソリューションの検討と提案活動 提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実施 実機デモや PoC の実施と報告 技術的な問い合わせ対応 商談に関して国内他部門や海外開発部門等との協業 競合他社との差別化提案 必須となる経験とスキル ネットワーク関連機器(特にルータ、スイッチ)の5年以上のプリセールスの業務経験 Data Center Network (VXLAN/EVPN/ACI/RoCE,etc)に関する知識と経験 POC, 実機デモや検証作業の知識と経験 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力 チームやプロジェクトを率いるリーダーシップ能力 お客様のためにプロアクティブな活動ができる方 新しい事へのチャレンジ精神 望ましい経験とスキル サービスプロバイダーのお客様担当としてのプリセールスの経験 AI Data Center Infrastructureに関する知識と経験 仮想化・コンテナ基盤(Docker/K8s,etc)に関する知識と経験 Network ProgrammabilityとAutomation (Python,Ansible,etc)に関する知識と経験 Ciscoソリューションと製品に関して実践的な知識を保有している方 英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力 シスコ技術者認定(エキスパートレベル(CCIE)) Why Cisco?  At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
