We are looking for a BA, with a focus on laptop lifecycle management or similar service to join the Device Experience - Asset Management team. Your Impact   We’re seeking a dedicated, experienced, and self-motivated Tech Specialist who has a real passion for asset management, user experience and technology. You will partner with multiple collaborators including Engineering, Employees, Procurement and Support. You will bring your experiences and insights to create significant improvements across the service. The Tech Specialist is responsible for ensuring the service support experience delivered to end users. The role leads laptop asset management support service, assisting with performance monitoring and SLAs.  The role is the subject matter expert for laptop lifecycle process and applying that knowledge towards incident resolution. Tech Specialist is the main escalation point for operational issues surrounding asset management services. Minimum Qualifications Up to 4  years of relevant IT/asset-management experience or current enrollment in final year of studies  Hands on experience conducting end user customer support on highly complex, logistical processes across multiple regions Proven ability to produce and maintain technical support documentation and knowledgebase articles (e.g., published KBs or equivalent artifacts) Demonstrated experience learning complicated business processes and applying them to support situations Preferred Qualifications Collaborative communication skills with demonstrated ability to present operational updates to senior stakeholders Hands‑on experience using ServiceNow or an equivalent IT ticketing/asset-management system ) Why Cisco?  At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
