Minimum Qualifications 3rd Level Qualification : Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering). Work experience : Demonstrated experience in software development.  A passion for technology and software development. Coding Aptitude : Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly. Problem Solver : Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems Adaptable & Collaborative : Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely. Quality Focus : Strong attention to detail, defining test strategies and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results. Preferred Qualifications End-to-end development across the stacks, in some or all these areas: Modern C++, Swift, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python. Modern component-based UI frameworks – Qt, Cocoa, React, Angular or similar. Back-end: Java (Spring), building and evolving RESTful APIs, WebSocket and API design. Unit, integration and end-to-end testing on both sides of the stack, contract testing and test automation in CI. Practical use of AI tools to assist all aspects or product development, including scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and debugging, with strong validation and ownership of shipped code. Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery Optimising apps on Windows, Mac, Linux and Web platforms and eco-systems.
