Meet the Team We are a diverse team dedicated to onboarding customers to Dragonfly, a Kubernetes-based PaaS platform hosted on AWS Cloud. We build and develop custom solutions tailored to specific requirements and improve existing products by building tools and dashboards for Dragonfly and related programs/offers. Your Impact * You enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a "take-charge" / "can-do" attitude and can demonstrate flexibility and resiliency. * You are self-sufficient and can work with minimal direction. * Work with geographically distributed teams across different time zones. * Solid understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, and monitoring tools. Minimum Qualifications * Run/Support production Cloud application environments on AWS, Kubernetes. * Handle/Support existing toolsets used in deploying VPCs, EC2 instances and related services * 5-8 of work experience as SRE/DevOps Engineer * Work on new AWS environments as part of new projects * Ensure security standard methodologies are followed as per the security compliances * Work in 24/7 rotational shifts Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols * Strong Knowledge on AWS or other Cloud Environment. * Certified Kubernetes administrator (CKA) certificate.   Why Cisco?  At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
