If you want to leverage your technical excellence and take the next step in career to deliver strategic innovation that drives sales growth, come join our team!  Your Impact  As part of the Cloud and AI Infrastructure SE team, you'll be a senior customer-focused technical sales professional with intimate knowledge of customer-specific business drivers, including adjacent technology and solution areas. You will consult and drive the adoption of Cisco’s CAI solutions across diverse industries. Your responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their unique business needs, and delivering tailored AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. You will demonstrate deep expertise in AI technologies and real-world deployment experience to design and implement AI-driven solutions. Additionally, you will translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with customers, partners, and engineering teams to transform customer challenges into business advantages using Cisco’s AI and cloud infrastructure technologies. You are passionate about the fast-evolving IT landscape and the progressive impact of AI. You excel at solving complex problems with innovative technology solutions and are an exceptional presenter who can simplify complex technical scenarios into easy-to-understand messages. As an inspiring collaborator, you encourage innovative use of technology and demonstrate ideas through hands-on methods. You bring experience in AI technologies, networking, and infrastructure, with the ability to bridge technical depth and business value. Minimum Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of technology consulting experience, preferably in systems, software, data, analytics, and AI domains. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of programming, scripting languages, and network infrastructure. Documentation and Methodologies: Ability to create detailed, clear, and consumable documentation and standard methodologies for deployment related to application acceleration, automation/management efficiencies, enterprise solutions, and AI/ML technologies. AI Application Development: Capability to develop and demonstrate real-world examples showcasing how AI technologies can drive business success and tackle complex problems. Presentation and Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to value-sell and deliver engaging workshops to both technical and non-technical audiences on AI and infrastructure topics. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree in Data Science is a plus.  Experience with AI relevant infrastructure, including Networking (InfiniBand and RoCE), Storage (FC, IP and scale out) and AI accelerators (GPUs etc), VXLAN EVPN In-depth understanding of AI models, including but not limited to GPT, Llama, Resnet or similar. Experienced with data storage and management (SQL, NOSQL, Vector, BigQuery etc) and AI/ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter, NIMS and NVAIE etc). Expertise in training and fine-tuning AI models on premise or in cloud environments. Familiarity with containerization (k8 etc).
