About the role We need a Product Management Intern for Winter/Spring 2026 to work on our vertical AI solutions. You'll join our product team to solve problems for specific industries like home services, auto dealers, and healthcare providers. You'll work directly with our product managers to build AI-powered features that address real business challenges in these verticals. Your work will impact thousands of local businesses that use Podium daily. What you will be doing: Research vertical-specific workflows to identify where AI can have the biggest impact Become an expert in the operations of locally run businesses Help develop knowledge bases and decision trees for industry-specific AI agents Create metrics to measure AI performance in different vertical contexts Work with engineers to test and refine vertical AI features Talk directly with customers to gather feedback on our vertical solutions Identify key integration points with industry-specific systems and partners Implement practical data-powered AI tools – not just another chatbot What you’ll learn How to work with LLMs and agent-based AI systems Methods for integrating with vertical-specific software systems and data Techniques for evaluating AI performance in real business contexts Approaches to product development in a fast-growing AI company Skills for translating customer needs into AI product requirements About you Student in Computer Science or similar fields graduating between Jan - December 2026 Demonstrated experience building with AI technologies through coursework, side projects, or hackathons (e.g., creating custom LLM applications, fine-tuning models, or developing AI-driven solutions) Basic understanding of data analysis and machine learning concepts Familiarity with at least one business vertical (auto, healthcare, home services) is a plus Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments Team player who takes responsibility and shares credit Our operating principles Think critically about details while staying optimistic about big goals Move fast and prioritize impact over activity Make decisions based on customer needs and data Solve problems collaboratively with high standards Take ownership of your work from start to finish Why you’ll love working here:  Podium is the best place to work to: Join the leaders in AI agents Unlock career-defining growth Build with world-class talent Make a real impact on local business Benefits Work in this building in Lehi, UT 5 days a week Open and transparent culture Bi-annual swag drops with cool Podium gear and apparel A stellar HQ (Utah) gym with local professional coaches and classes offered Podium is an equal opportunity employer.
