For our AutoScout24 Munich office we are looking for a Billing & Revenue Operations Consultant (m/f/d). AutoScout24 is Europe’s leading online car marketplace with a growing global footprint through the AutoScout24 Group and AutoTrader.ca in Canada. Together we connect >40,000 car dealers with >30 million unique monthly visitors and foster a learning culture where we move, work and win as one.  As Billing & Revenue Operations Consultant (m/f/d), you will shape the backbone of our revenue operations. You’ll be the bridge between business and tech, ensuring our billing systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with evolving pricing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complexity into clarity and driving cross-functional impact.  What you will do    Act as the consulting lead for billing & revenue topics: Serve as the primary business owner and escalation point for billing-related initiatives Facilitate alignment between Sales, Pricing, Product, Finance, CRM and Engineering across markets Challenge requirements, propose alternatives and guide stakeholders toward scalable solutions Drive international, end-to-end initiatives: Lead multi-market billing and revenue projects from discovery through execution Manage dependencies, risks and trade-offs across teams and timelines Ensure consistent rollout and adoption across regions Enable advanced pricing models: Support the design and implementation of subscription, hybrid and consumption-based billing models Translate pricing strategy into system requirements and operational processes Ensure systems can scale with increasing complexity and volume Ensure operational excellence and compliance: Oversee CRM-to-billing data flows, quality and ownership Partner with Finance on audit trails, compliance and revenue recognition readiness Ensure reporting transparency and operational reliability What you should bring Consulting & leadership skills: Strong background in consulting, business transformation or solution ownership roles Demonstrated success in leading initiatives without formal authority Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior audiences Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments Functional & domain exposure: Experience with billing, revenue operations, pricing, CRM or financial systems Exposure to consumption-based or usage-driven revenue models is a strong advantage Financial acumen sufficient to engage confidently with Finance and Analytics teams Fluent in English; German would be a plus What we offer  Benefits & flexibility: AutoScout24 offers benefits that allow our employees to work as freely and effectively as possible.
