As part of Podium’s Automotive team, you’ll engineer scalable systems that modernize how dealerships and service centers communicate, transact, and grow. This team is building the next generation of AI-driven tools — from intelligent messaging and workflow automation to seamless integrations with dealer management systems. You’ll help craft high-performance, reliable software that transforms fragmented customer journeys into unified, data-driven experiences that power real business results. What You Will Be Doing: Developing and maintaining robust, scalable systems that have a direct impact on the success of our products and the businesses we serve, with a focus on AI-driven solutions. Collaborating across teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support, to identify needs and create innovative AI solutions. Continuously improving the platform by implementing new AI features and technologies that enhance the user experience. Contributing to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement, while staying ahead of trends in AI. What You Should Have: 8+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in modern programming languages. A passion for AI and its potential to transform businesses and industries. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovation in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across teams and articulate technical concepts effectively. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head-on.
