Dann komm zu AutoScout24!  Deine Aufgaben:   Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung des General Ledger Accounting Teams (4-5 Personen)  Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- & Jahresabschlüsse für derzeit elf Gesellschaften nach IFRS und HGB   Eigenständige Steuerung wichtiger Teilprozesse und Bilanzierungsthemen nach IFRS und HGB   Bearbeitung und Buchen von Belegen im Rahmen der Sachkontenbuchhaltung einschließlich der Durchführung von Kontenanalysen und Kontenpflege   Schnittstelle zu hausinternen Fachbereichen  Beratende Unterstützung von Projekten im Finanzbereich  Hauptansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater   Zusammenarbeit mit den ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften    Dein Profil:   Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung und/oder Steuerrecht, alternativ (Berufs-)Ausbildung, mindestens als Steuerfachwirt:in bzw. Bilanzbuchhalter:in Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Leitung eines Teams  Erfahrung in der Hauptbuchhaltung und/oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Steuerberatung   Gute steuerliche sowie HGB und IFRS Kenntnisse    Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen   Interesse an Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung    Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein   Offene Art und die Bereitschaft, Änderungen aktiv zu begleiten   Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
