If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.As a Direct Procurement Associate, you will support day-to-day purchasing activities to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and components for production. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the fundamentals of procurement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  You Will:  Create and process purchase orders for direct materials in alignment with production schedules.  Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and supplier communications.  Assist in resolving discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, or delivery dates.  Collaborate with internal teams (planning, logistics, quality) to support smooth material flow.  Update procurement systems and dashboards with current data for reporting purposes.  Support supplier onboarding and documentation requirements as needed.  You Bring:  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.  Basic understanding of purchasing or supply chain processes (preferred but not required).  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.  Excellent communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.  A proactive mindset and willingness to learn procurement best practices.  Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
