As a Senior Service Technician, you’ll work on one of the most advanced electric vehicles in the world. You’ll lead by example, share your expertise, and help shape a high-performance service culture.  Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Lucid vehicles  Support and mentor junior technicians – your experience makes the difference  Use modern software to document your work with precision  Carry out certified high-voltage repairs, safely and professionally  Communicate with customers and deliver a true premium experience  Take ownership of quality, efficiency, and cleanliness in the workshop  Step in wherever your knowledge and advice are needed    What You Bring:  Completed vocational training as Automobil-Mechatroniker EFZ or equivalent Swiss-recognized advanced certification  5–7 years of practical experience in professional automotive repair, including work with high-voltage vehicles, preferably premium vehicles  Familiarity with inspection, maintenance, and wear part replacement in line with OEM standards  Valid Class B driver’s license  Preferably fluent in German (spoken and written), working knowledge of English  Confident with Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn internal platforms (e.g., DMS)    Why Lucid?  Work on a vehicle that’s setting new standards in design and technology  Join a dynamic, international team with real start-up energy  Get access to top-tier training in high-voltage systems, diagnostics, and more  Be part of something bigger – not just fixing cars, but shaping the future    Ready to lead the charge? Apply now and become part of a company that’s not just building cars – but rewriting the rules of mobility.    Lucid Motors is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment.
