As a Finance Intern, you will support our European FP&A team in delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements. You’ll leverage advanced tools and automation to drive efficiency and insight, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve real business challenges. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, data analytics, and digital transformation. Responsibilities will include, though not be limited to, the following: Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses using Excel, Power Query, and Tableau. Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Support the integration and optimization of financial systems and tools. Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights. Contribute ideas to strengthen our FP&A processes and digital capabilities. Help develop documentation, templates, and guides for financial workflows. Skills & Qualifications: Soft skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Ability to manage multiple assignments with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results. Creative thinker with a passion for technology and process improvement. Relevant experience will be considered a plus. Hard skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and VBA for automation), Power Query (data transformation and visualization for dynamic reporting), and Tableau (building automated dashboards and integrating with SAP data); SAP (ability to extract and interpret actuals and forecast data). Automation expertise (VBA scripting, Tableau automation, and Power Query transformations), system integration (linking SAP data to BI tools and ensuring data consistency), financial acumen (understanding of P&L, gross margin, accruals, and forecasting concepts). Optional: familiarity with VBA concepts, SQL (querying large datasets from ERP or data warehouse), and prompt engineering is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
